Shipping Policy

Orders for physical merchandise delivered within the United States are covered by this policy. We normally prepare an order in approximately 1–2 business days. Once the carrier receives it, estimated transit is 3–5 business days. These periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; weekends, holidays, severe weather, peak demand and carrier interruptions may extend them.

Checkout displays the available service, charge and any free-shipping eligibility for the order. Customers must enter a complete delivery address, email and phone number. Tracking is provided when available, although the first carrier scan may not appear immediately. Certain products, destinations or address formats may be restricted.

For a delay, suspected loss, package marked delivered but not located, or damage in transit, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number and a clear explanation. Check the delivery area and household before reporting a delivered parcel as missing. Keep damaged goods and packaging and provide photographs so that we can review the issue with the carrier.
