Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective and non-defective merchandise and also accept an exchange request. A request must reach us within 30 days after delivery. A qualifying item must be new and unused, remain in original condition and include its original packaging, tags, accessories and supplied materials.

Non-defective reasons include changing your mind, personal preference or ordering the wrong product. Damage, defects, an incorrect item, missing components or merchandise materially unlike its description may also be reviewed. Provide the order number, checkout email and reason for the request. When something is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, include clear photos or video of both the product and packaging.

All returns travel by mail and require authorization before shipment. The package includes a free return label, and no restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on current inventory. Once a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method within 10 days; the financial institution may need more time to post the credit.
