What products are available?

Our store carries reusable water bottles, tumblers and drinkware, together with bottle accessories, bags, coffee and tea items, cleaning products and selected pet bowls.

Is shipping free and how long does delivery take?

Any free-shipping qualification and delivery charge appear at checkout. Preparation is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 3–5 business days. Neither period is a guaranteed delivery date.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Yes. Defective and non-defective returns and an exchange are accepted when requested within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new and unused, in its original condition, with packaging, tags, accessories and included materials. Obtain authorization before returning anything by mail.

Are return charges or restocking costs deducted?

A free return label is included in the package. There is no restocking fee. Exchange availability depends on stock.

What should I do about damage, a defect, a wrong item or missing parts?

Send the order number, checkout email, problem description and product and packaging photos or video so that we can evaluate the request.

How quickly is a refund handled?

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 days, after which the payment institution controls posting time.

How can I pay?

Credit/Debit Card is currently offered in checkout. The payment provider shows the eligible cards for the transaction and completes payment through its secure process.

Are cookies or measurement services used?
